We stayed at Villa 500 from 20th October 2019 to 9th November 2019. The Villa is amazing, spacious, modern, is immaculately clean and tidy and has everything you can think you might need whilst on holiday. Peaceful location and beautiful morning view overlooking the golf course. The welcome pack was great and had everything you need for your arrival – we didn’t need to go to the supermarket until the following day.
This was our 7th visit to Orlando and have always stayed in Davenport area but this was by far the best rental villa we have had and if we return over the next few years would definitely look to see if the villa is available for our trip!
Julie the owner was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and if I had any questions she replied promptly. Only had one small issue whilst there with the TV, I emailed the local management company (all the information is in the Villa Guide), they replied quickly and resolved the issue no problem!

Of course we loved our stay.
The villa was very spacious which is essential when there are 10 people sharing, it was very clean and had everything you could need to make the stay enjoyable.
The kids loved the pool and the games room and spent most of the free time we had in them.
The area was so quiet and peaceful we didn’t even know if we had neighbours most of the time we were there, we would definitely return and are already looking at coming back in a year or two.

We were all very happy when we arrived at your lovely villa, it was dark and wet outside but the welcoming light in the porch made it so easy to use the key lock. Your villa is extremely clean, very well furnished and very roomy. We have stayed in many Orlando villas over the past twenty years, most of them have been good but yours was more like a home and not a rental. The beds were comfortable and the pool was superb, especially with the heating. We used the barbecue 3 times whilst we were there, it was in a great position, so many are outside of the lanai.
We will have no hesitation in booking your villa for years to come.

Our recent stay at Villa 500 was fantastic. Having previously owned a property on Highlands Reserve and never rented one before, we were not prepared for the wonderful standard of the Villa.
All aspects were well presented and every requirement catered for and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. We will certainly be returning as and when we plan to stay in the area.

We had the pleasure of staying in Villa 500 in May and were so pleased that we booked this villa. From the moment we arrived, we had everything that we needed. We couldn’t believe how much space the villa offered, and the gorgeous pool and lanai were perfect. The outlook onto the golf course provided a lovely view and quiet location. We visited all of the Disney parks, which were within easy driving distance, and it was so lovely to return to this villa after a busy day out! We are already planning a return trip and Villa 500 will be top of our list for another stay.
